Captain James R. Noel is is an accomplished USCG Captain, who holds a 100 Ton Masters License. He has been teaching the Safe Boating Licensing Course for the State of Connecticut for over 20 years, as well as privately providing on the water training for new and advanced boaters, close quarter maneuvering and rough water handling, and has been involved in Yacht Delivery for both private parties and numerous boat dealers throughout New England for over 25 years. In addition, he has worked as a professional captain and training contractor for the U.S. Navy on 47', 57' and 62' Utility Vessels. He is a National Safe Boating Council Certified Instructor. Currently, Captain Jim is working on his Yacht Brokers License at The Yacht Brokerage Institute.
